We’re pleased to announce that John Manchisi has joined the Company as Director of Operational Excellence. In this new role, John leads a team dedicated to driving synergies, increasing agility, improving processes, reducing waste, and saving money and time across our SG Community.
John brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise transformation with a focus on analyzing data to deliver meaningful insights and actional solutions. He most recently served as Business Transformation Network and Technology Integration Lead for Verizon Business Group, where he utilized his data-driven problem-solving skills to large scale enterprise change programs. John received a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Villanova University.
