Redefining Classics

Stephen Gould and Ringo started after a chance meeting took place in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This meeting, although social in nature, led to an in-depth exploration of how Stephen Gould could become a partner and assist with the redevelopment of Ringo’s entire supply chain.

The Challenge

Our client saw the market opportunity for a premium hook and ring game, due to the rise in popularity of yard games and other social sports, but encountered significant issues with manufacturing, quality control, and consistency with their existing relationships. Overwhelmed by the process, our client needed to find a new manufacturer and that is when we began our partnership.

The Solution

The client came to us with the product design already created. While working in tandem with the client, we perfected the product prototype. Our quality teams ensured that we were testing every possible material to make a game that would stand the test of time, while maintaining product assembly and usage that was simple and accessible. Build-in trust with our manufacturing team allowing us to move quickly and efficiently, reiterating on a product that would meet our quality standards. Our expertise in building strong manufacturing infrastructure allowed the client freedom to focus on the marketing and business development, which also meant we were able to scale production as necessary to meet demand.

As Ringo grew in popularity, we responded to new consumer demands in a quick and efficient manner, pivoting as needed, especially as COVID-19 impacted supply chains. We’re dedicated to finding solutions and going above and beyond for our clients, even when faced with issues outside of our control.

The Result

Ringo is a game that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or gender. Since our partnership, Ringo has expanded into multiple colorways, and we are currently working on a product option that will be weather-resistant so that customers can bring Ringo fun to the great outdoors. We are excited to have been a part of a project that brings camaraderie and joy to so many.
