This year, we are welcoming five new, highly-distinguished members to our advisory board. Coming from names like 3M, AWS, Ernst & Young, Deloitte and RelaDyne, these new board members offer unique expertise in areas such as digital transformation, public sector expansion strategy, and global manufacturing. These timely additions come just after we eclipsed $1 billion in annual revenue for the first time last month.

Our Board of Directors has long been a guiding force behind its success. By lending their skills, guidance, expertise and knowledge, the newly-expanded board offers an outside perspective that aids our executive management team as they make business decisions.

“Over the last 80-plus years, the ingenuity, perseverance and flexibility of our talented community have led to extraordinary growth and success for Stephen Gould. The wealth of knowledge and expertise that will come from our newest advisory board members will help us continue to lead in our industry and unleash the next phase of our ambitions, taking this company to the next level,” said Stephen Gould President Justin Golden. “We’re honored to welcome these amazing individuals to our SG family as we begin this next chapter in our history.”

The new board members include:

  • Debora Fronczak, Retired 3M Chief Procurement Officer

Debora brings experience in transformative global sourcing, manufacturing operations and engineering. Her illustrious career spanned across three decades with 3M, where she most recently served as SVP and Chief Procurement Officer. In this role, Debora’s strategic actions helped the company realize seven-figure savings. As SG looks for continued growth and expansion opportunities, Debora’s experience across several industries and significant exposure to markets in the US and Asia Pacific will be paramount.

  • Michael Greenwald, Global Lead for Digital Assets, Amazon Web Services

Michael is a senior executive at Amazon Web Services (AWS) serving as its Global Lead for Digital Assets. He has served at the highest levels of the U.S. Government, including a nearly decade-long stint in the public sector working for the United States Treasury Department, and is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University. Greenwald brings Stephen Gould tremendous value as it looks to expand its business within the public sector. A future-focused thought leader, Michael will provide tremendous insight into the future of money, and its impact on the global marketplace.

  • Randall (Randy) Mott, Advisor in Residence, Ernst & Young

A technology savant, Randy will play an integral role in Stephen Gould’s digital acceleration as it looks to introduce new technology to enhance customer experience and simplify day-to-day tasks. Randy is a CIO Advisor in Residence for Ernst & Young and has over 44 years of experience in the IT industry, with 28 of them as a Global Chief Information Officer for General Motors, Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Wal-Mart. He started his career at Wal-Mart where he pioneered the retailer’s merchandising, replenishment and distribution technologies, and led the implementation of the company’s worldwide distribution systems.

  • Roger Nanney, Retired Deloitte Vice Chairman

Roger is a global leader with a proven track record for scaling businesses, market expansion, talent development, and corporate governance. His nearly four decades of senior-level experience at Deloitte will help define Stephen Gould’s path forward as it explores growth opportunities. Roger currently serves on the board of publicly traded Blackbaud, Freeman Company, and Priority 1 Holdings. He is also Board of Trustees chair of the University of South Carolina Business Partnership Foundation.

  • Larry Stoddard, President & CEO, RelaDyne

Larry affords Stephen Gould extensive experience in operations, business leadership, operational productivity and customer service. As President and Chief Executive Officer of RelaDyne, he drives the company’s transformational business strategy from an independently run distribution business to an integrated U.S. branch network of lubricant, fuel, and reliability service supply.
