At our Columbus, Ohio facility, we run a full-service print shop specializing in high-quality screen printing for apparel and promotional products. Because everything is handled in-house, from artwork prep and separations to press and finishing, you get faster turnarounds, precise color matching, and consistent quality control.

Trusted by major brands like Homage, our team turns creative concepts into durable, retail-ready prints. With advanced equipment and skilled press operators, we handle everything from small custom runs to large-scale production.

The Screen-Printing Process:

Preparing the Artwork

The process begins with finalizing artwork and separating each design into color layers. Each layer is aligned to match with an individual screen, setting the foundation for accurate and vibrant prints.

Printing the Transfers

The process begins with finalizing artwork and separating each design into color layers. Each layer is aligned to match with an individual screen, setting the foundation for accurate and vibrant prints.

Preparing the Screen

Screens are coated with a light-sensitive emulsion, then carefully dried to create a smooth surface for exposure.

Exposing the Stencil

The film is then placed on the screen and exposed to UV light. The light hardens the emulsion, while the areas blocked by the artwork remain soft.

Washing the Screen

After exposure, the screen is rinsed to wash away the soft emulsion, leaving a crisp stencil that defines where ink will pass through during printing (aka screen).

Mixing the Ink

Precision matters in brand printing. Inks are carefully measured and mixed to achieve exact color matches, whether replicating Pantone values or blending unique shades for custom projects.

Setting Up the Press

Screens are mounted onto automatic presses and aligned with the garments or materials being printed. Each screen represents one color in the final design.

Printing

Ink is pressed through the screens using a squeegee, transferring the design onto the material. For multicolor prints, each layer is applied in sequence, with flash drying between passes to ensure clean, vibrant results.

Drying and Curing

Printed items move through industrial dryers where heat cures the ink, bonding it permanently to the fabric for long-lasting wear.

Packaging

Once fully cured, items are inspected, folded, and packaged for delivery—ready to move directly into retail or promotional distribution.
