In our ongoing effort to better support our customers, we continuously look for ways to strengthen how we operate and deliver value. One way we do this is through ISO certifications that help improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall quality. ISO 9001, the standard for quality management systems, has long guided how we approach consistency and performance across our operations.

Today, our Chicago and Michigan offices hold ISO 14001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to responsible environmental practices. ISO 14001 is an international standard for environmental management systems that helps organizations improve environmental performance through more efficient resource use, waste reduction, and alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.

Achieving this certification required the development of a lifecycle-based approach to evaluating environmental impact across operations. While internal impacts remain relatively limited, primarily tied to utilities, facilities, and waste handling, greater focus is placed on supply chain considerations such as material selection, production methods, and transportation. These factors are measured through carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions to better understand and reduce overall impact.

This achievement establishes a strong foundation for expanding environmental management practices across additional locations. By building from the work completed in Chicago and Michigan, we are continuing to scale practical, measurable solutions that support both operational performance and long-term environmental responsibility.
