Led by Jesse Dixon from the New England office, this relationship has grown from regional display production to a full-scale global operation where his team manages 75 to 100 concurrent projects across continents. The brand stands as a multibillion-dollar company with fast-moving product cycles that demand precision, speed and consistency, capabilities Stephen Gould delivers daily.
The Challange
Rapid growth, and an expanding product portfolio placed increasing pressure on the brand’s supply chain. Internal teams, including a large design department, were not structured to manage the complexity of display design and production. They needed a dependable extension of their team to take ownership of this function and execute quickly without compromising quality. With global manufacturing networks and tight launch timelines, they required displays that could be concepted, produced, and delivered with efficiency.
The Solution
Stephen Gould manages the full lifecycle of retail displays, from concept through final delivery. Design is led by Tony Iacavone Jr. and his team in New England, who develop detailed structural solutions tailored to the brand’s evolving needs. Manufacturing is primarily based in Asia, supported by a long-established network of trusted suppliers. For urgent timelines or cost-sensitive projects, displays are often produced just 15 minutes proximity from the client’s California warehouse. Production has previously taken place in Tijuana and more recently in Vietnam, where Jesse’s team is replicating its audited factory model to support the brand’s network of more than 30 OEMs.
Stephen Gould handles every detail, including sourcing dummy products from the brand’s manufacturers, coordinating fulfillment and kitting for all displays, and managing the logistics to ship displays nationally. With flexible production models and turnaround times as fast as two to three weeks in Asia, Jesse’s team consistently delivers what others cannot.
