By managing the transition to an overseas manufacturing partner, the team helped reduce costs while maintaining quality and providing confidence through a complex global supply chain.

We recently partnered with Zebra Pen to create a one-of-a-kind journaling kit for Costco. The project pushed the limits with a tight deadline to impress Costco buyers. This collaboration became Zebra Pen’s biggest project yet, both in volume and importance. It involved creating prototypes, designing the kit, and coordinating production in Mexico. The successful outcome not only delivered a fantastic product but also opened doors for future collaborations with Costco.

When Jackson Vaughn needed a system built for growth, Stephen Gould delivered. Elliot Jackson and the Austin team transitioned the brand into a streamlined, scalable e-commerce workflow, reinforcing packaging and fulfillment to reduce breakage and accelerate 24 to 48 hour turnaround. By tightening production processes and strengthening operational flow, the team increased output and helped drive a meaningful lift in daily sales.

As the go-to packaging expert for an innovative food start-up incubator based in Washington, D.C., we support all accelerator members through structural, graphic, and packaging design solutions. We created a multi-purpose packaging system for Modern Bar Cart, a new company serving products, recipes, and content to at-home bartenders. The result is a solution that acts as both a retail display and a carton to showcase several cocktail mixers together, while saving the company valuable time and money otherwise needed to redesign their product labels.
