Designed to Be Heard
All WorkAudien is a fast-growing hearing technology company dedicated to making affordable, high-quality hearing aids accessible to more people. To support their retail expansion, they needed displays that not only showcased their products but also educated shoppers at the point of purchase.
The Challenge
With major launches into Walgreens and Staples, Audien needed displays that could be tailored to different retail environments while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Each display needed to balance educational product comparisons with a sleek design while remaining flexible enough to accommodate new product releases.
The Solution
Working closely with Audien’s team, Stephen Gould developed thermoformed display units featuring non-functional product samples in acrylic cases, along with educational graphics designed to guide purchase decisions.. The designs were engineered for easy updates, allowing new SKUs like the Atom X to be seamlessly added. Displays were shipped empty to Audien’s distribution centers, where products c were inserted prior to shipment to retail locations.
The Result
Audien’s first displays debuted at Walgreens in August 2025, giving shoppers a clear, approachable way to compare and understand their hearing options. The response has been positive, with a second phase already set to expand the line to include the Atom X. Staples will soon feature a full assortment display, and additional rollouts are underway with BJ’s. By delivering a consistent yet adaptable retail presence, the displays strengthened Audien’s brand visibility while making hearing solutions more accessible to customers nationwide.
