Sustainable Packaging Solution for Arable
Arable, a leader in the AgTech industry, came to us seeking a sustainable packaging solution for their Mark 2 climate and crop health monitoring device. Given the device’s solar-powered design and environmental focus, it was crucial that the packaging reflect those same values. Our Sacramento and Brazil offices collaborated to coordinate multiple manufacturing phases, including print, thermoforming, injection molding, and substrate painting. We replaced the previous rigid box and sleeve with a lighter, custom-printed corrugated box and developed a durable interior tray made from bamboo paper. The new design not only provides better protection against moisture and rough handling but is also 100% recyclable.
