When Chrysler needed a material handling and storage solution to aid in their manufacturing of the Jeep Wagoneer truck frame, we partnered with a tier 1 metal stamping, chassis and sub-frame assembly supplier to produce and efficient metal frame.
Jessi Otis and Stephen Gould designer, Grayson Thibadeau took special care to secure the heavy metal frames while ensuring an efficient loading and unloading process. These designs made heavy use of laser cut metal dunnage profiles to capture and secure the parts in the correct orientation with a specialized numbering system.
